Season 9 is Here!

The time has come! Season 9 of Hermitcraft has started! Season 8 was the fastest season they have done so far, having to end it early because of the new Minecraft update which includes lots of new changes in the game. They didn't want to miss out on the new terrain generation, so they decided to start the new season earlier than normal. 

In April 30, 2022, Hermits have started uploading their first episodes for the series. This time around, they have resorted to stick to a community area again where they'll build their shops and even starter houses. Unlike in season 8 where they built their bases and shops all in different locations in the map. 

As usual, new season means new concepts for the hermits! Some have already even started on their new shops and mega bases. Every season, all hermits will have a new base idea to keep things fresh, we all know that repetitive things can get very tiring. Luckily, our hermits are all very entertaining and creative so there is no need t worry about that.

Of course, there will be some games or ideas that might be quite similar to past events in the server, but that is not a reason for it to be immediately boring! In fact, some viewers and even hermits look forward to being able to play different kinds of mini games again or even do some silly pranks!

All in all, this season is off to a great start and avid watchers are looking forward to the next episodes of the series. I should also add that no new hermits have been added this season and the members remain the same as in season 8. No hermits have also left the server this season, but Mumbo Jumbo did take a quick break, but he is now back!

  Season 8 of Hermitcraft has just ended! Take a look at this map to have a preview on the groups, builds, and regions of the latest (as of 2/7/22) season. As you can see, some hermits have grouped up, named their group and decided to live together. The hermits you see that don't belong to a group were living individually in their own bases during this season. The season definitely was filled with collaborations since most of the hermits were living together. Even the ones who were living alone had plenty of collabs with the other hermits because of some crazy scheme or just a fun little collab. Season 9 Map

Here is the map for season 9, I will post a more updated and detailed version once we are further in to the season. For now, this will provide you with a visual presentation about the locations of the hermits. This provides the same information as the season 8 map I posted a while back. New season, new seed, new season, new neighbors. Some hermits have remained close just like in season 8 but others have built their bases near new neighbors as well. If you watched Grian Or Mumbo last season, you'll know that they had joined their bases together.  If you enjoyed their combo, then you'll enjoy this season as well. They are once again, neighbors! Just like in season 7 and 8. Since I follow both of them the most, I am very excited for their future collaborations as well.
